Terms & Conditions
- Activity Period: Valid for guests staying at any HOP INN Hotel in Thailand from 16 April to 30 June 2026 only.
- Reward Criteria:
- Exclusive Luggage Tags (4 Designs):
- Guests must accumulate 5 nights within the same designated region to earn the corresponding regional reward.
- Stays can be at the same branch or different branches within the same region (Please refer to the regional branch list at the bottom of the page).
- One (1) HOP INN Complimentary Voucher (valued at 750 THB).
- One (1) HOP Passport Holder.
- Exclusive Luggage Tags (4 Designs):
- Participants must register for every stay through the specified channel within the activity period. This is required for the central office to verify eligibility and track the number of accumulated nights per region.
- Only actual stays within the designated regions qualify for the activity.
- This activity is limited to 1 guest name per 1 room per 1 night.
- Group bookings are not eligible to participate in this activity.
- Redemption: * Upon completing 5 nights in one region, guests will receive one (1) Exclusive Luggage Tag (limited to 1 piece per region). Participants can continue the activity in other regions to collect all 4 designs.
- Once all 4 designs are collected, guests will be eligible for the Grand Prize (750 THB Voucher + Passport Holder) according to company conditions.
- Winners will be announced on www.facebook.com/hopinnhotel on 15 July 2026. Eligible winners who have followed all rules will receive an official confirmation email from info@hopinnhotel.com. Winners must confirm their shipping address within 30 days of the announcement date.
- By participating, guests consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data for the purposes of verification and winner announcement.
- Rewards are subject to availability and will be distributed to participants who complete the requirements first.
