Q: What time is the normal check-in / check-out?
A: Check-in is available from 14:00 hrs. onwards, and check-out is required by 12:00 hrs.

Q: Is it possible to check in earlier?
A: It is sometimes possible to check in early; however, this is subject to availability. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend you reserve the room one night in advance.

• Blue:  Early check-in from 6:00 hrs. and Late check-out at 14:00 hrs. (subject to room availability)

Q: Can I leave my luggage?
A: Yes, you can leave your luggage in the hotel lobby.

Q: Do you offer airport shuttle services?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience. HOP INN Thailand does not offer airport shuttle services.

Q: Do you offer smoking rooms?
A: All guest rooms are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel.

Q: Do you have a private bathroom?
A: All HOP INN rooms have private bathrooms with hot water.

Q: Are pets allowed in the hotel?
A: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

Q: Do you offer breakfast?
A: Unfortunately, HOP INN Thailand did not provide Breakfast, except for HOP INN Mae Sot Building A, HOP INN Mae Sot Building B, and HOP INN Surat Thani, where breakfast is available daily from 6:00 - 10:00 hrs.

At all branches, we are offering a complimentary hot drink in the lobby from 6:00 - 11:00 hrs.

A: You can book a room at HOP INN Thailand through several convenient channels:

Q: How many people can stay in one room?
A: Each room can accommodate a maximum of three guests (two adults and one child under 12 years old) at no additional charge.

If a third adult stays in the room, an extra charge applies:

• 200 THB/night at branches without breakfast
• 300 THB/night at branches with breakfast

Please note that extra beds are not provided at HOP INN Thailand.

Q: Is check-in available 24 hours?
A: Yes, all HOP INN Thailand offer 24-hour check-in for your convenience.

A: We apologize for the inconvenience. Currently, HOP INN Thailand does not offer monthly or weekly rates.

A: No, a credit card is not required. Payment is expected at the reception desk upon check-in only.

A: Yes, reservations can be cancelled or modified free of charge before 18:00 hrs. on the day of arrival. After that time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
