Blue status

- Earn points each time you book. 1 night = 100 points for Thailand and Philippines (THB 25 value, PHP 40 value) / Japan = 200 Points (JPY 200 value)
- Early check-in upon room availability (only for Thailand and Philippines) from 6:00 AM and late checkout at 2:00 PM (subject to room availability)
Gold status
- HOP REWARD members who have stayed at HOP INN Hotels for a total of 25 nights per year are upgraded to this level.
- Member rate starts from a 5% discount based on location and requested period.
- Gold members earn points each time you book 1 night = 200 points for Thailand and Philippines (THB 50 value, PHP 80 value) / Japan = 400 Points (JPY 400 value)
- Early check-in upon room availability from 6:00 AM. (subject to room availability)
- Guaranteed late checkout at 4:00 PM. (Only for Thailand)
- Receive extra points on your birthday.

How to earn and redeem points

- TO REDEEM points, make a reservation by using reward points as a discount through www.hopinnhotel.com, for Thai hotels Line OA @Hopinnhotel
- Reward points can be redeemed from the first point earned. Use your HOP REWARD points on your next booking as an instant deduction on room rates or collect more points for bigger savings or even a free room – the choice is yours!
Membership Conditions
- HOP REWARD membership is open and available to all persons of legal age (at least 18 years) or with the legal capacity to sign a contract.
- Membership and benefits cannot be sold, loaned, or transferred.
- Members must book under their membership accounts
- Members must check in and stay by themselves. Otherwise, the price will be adjusted according to the Best Available Rate based on the stay date.
- The member agrees to receive electronic communications relating to the operation of, and services offered by, the program including information messages.
- Gold status will be upgraded once members stay for 25 nights in a year.
- Gold status will be evaluated on January 1st of each year by calculating the cumulative number of stays in the previous year. If the stay is less than 25 nights, the status will be automatically downgraded from Gold to Blue immediately.

- A valid personal email address is required to join the program.
Eligibility to Earn Points
- Points can only be earned by booking directly at www.hopinnhotel.com or through the HOP INN Thailand Reservation Center (for Thai hotels only).
Ineligibility to Earn Points
- Bookings made via a 3rd party: Online Travel Agents (Agoda, Booking.com, etc.)
- Bookings made via a travel agency in the form of a group or individual traveller
- Group bookings
- Vouchers purchased at a travel fair
- Special discounts or promotions
- Day-use or non-overnight stays
- Cancellations or no-shows
Redeeming Rewards Points
- Points may only be redeemed by booking directly at www.hopinnhotel.com or for Thai hotels Line OA @Hopinnhotel
- Redemption applies to any non-contracted rate published on www.hopinnhotel.com
- Your earned points can be used either for full or partial payment.
- If you use points with a value over the room charge amount, points cannot be credited back or refunded into cash.
- Points can be redeemed at any HOP INN Hotel across Thailand, the Philippines, and Japan.
- A point is valid for two (2) years from the date it was earned.
- If a member does not redeem points within two (2) years, points earned will be automatically removed without prior notice. Members will also not be able to restore or transfer these points.
Members Profile
- Members’ personal information used to register can be retrieved and edited by accessing the HOP REWARD Guest Portal.
- Members can check their reservation history and points balance by accessing the guest's loyalty portal.
- A breach by a member of the terms and conditions, abusive or fraudulent use of the membership or points, communication of falsified information and/or objectionable behaviour (in particular regrettable malicious or insulting behaviour toward hotel staff or customers) may result, at the sole discretion of the administrator of the program, to cancellation of points earned, suspension or termination of the member’s account without prejudice to the administrator of the program.
- The hotel reserves the right to update, amend, or remove information from HOP REWARD without prior notice.
- By joining HOP REWARD, the member agrees to receive electronic communication related to the operation of and service provided by the Program; including information messages, points statements, and information regarding the operation of the member’s account. If the member no longer wishes to receive this information considered essential to the Program’s operation, the member shall agree to terminate his / her account.
- In case a member terminates his / her account, the points accumulated will be deleted and cannot be exchanged for the cash value.
