Nhong Som Boon Paradise Park is a large public park located in the centre of Nakhon Sawan, near the Chiang Mai-Phitsanulok intersection and next to the Asian Highway.

A large park with an area of 124.15 acres in the middle is a lake island with an area of approximately 1.19 acres. Nhong Som Boon Paradise Park was created for recreation and exercise like the lungs of the Nakhon Sawan.

The highlight of Nhong Som Boon Paradise Park is a huge heavenly dragon statue which is towering in the middle of Nhong Som Boon Paradise Park on a tall circular base surrounded by 4 small dragons facing in different directions, furthermore, at the base of the circle decorated with clouds, there are 4 pavilions and a bridge in Chinese architecture as a walkway to the Heavenly Dragon.
