Eligibility
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and be a HOP REWARD member.
- The registered country and country of residence of the entrant’s HOP REWARD account must be Japan.
Prize Draw & Winner Notification
- A prize draw will be conducted each month, and winners will be notified by email during the first week of the following month.
- Please note that unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.
- If a winner does not confirm receipt of the winning notification within 30 days of the notification date, the prize will be considered forfeited.
- We are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding the results of the prize draw.
Complimentary Stay
- The complimentary stay is valid for 6 months from the date of the winning notification.
- Reservations are subject to room availability.
- The complimentary stay may not be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or resold.
- The complimentary stay may only be used by the winner.
- Reservations & Cancellations
- To make a reservation, please contact HOP INN Japan directly at info.jp@hopinnhotel.com.
- Cancellations are accepted up to 4 days prior to the scheduled stay.
- If a cancellation is made less than 4 days prior to the scheduled stay, the complimentary stay cannot be rebooked or rescheduled, including changing the dates of the stay.
Other Terms
- Personal information provided when entering this campaign will be used for the administration of the campaign, prize draws, contacting winners, hotel reservations, and responding to inquiries. - The campaign may be changed, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.
- Personal information will be used for the administration of this campaign and hotel reservations.
- Any communication charges or other costs incurred in connection with entering this campaign shall be borne by the entrant.
