This Privacy Notice ("Privacy Notice") describes how Hop Inn Hotels ( Erawan Hop Inn Company Limited, Taveesapanan Company Limited and Erawan Philippines, Inc. and affiliates) ("Erawan" "we," "us," or "our") which each is separately operated and liable for controlling and handling your personal data. We collect, use and disclose personal data of our individual customers, contact persons of our customers (in case of our corporate customers) and any person who we receive their personal data ("you" or "your"), and tells you of data protection rights.

This Privacy Notice ("Privacy Notice") describes the privacy practices of Erawan for data that we collect:

• from the entities within the Erawan;
• our hotel franchisor and partners;
• through websites operated by us from which you are accessing this Privacy Notice and other websites owned or controlled by our affiliates, hotel franchisor, hotel partners, and other third party service providers (e.g., booking sites, travel agencies, tour groups);
• through the software applications made available by our hotel partners and third party service providers for use on or through computers and mobile devices such as LINE, CHATBOT, Facebook etc;
• when you visit or stay as a guest at one of our hotels or through other offline interactions such as promotional events;
• when you contact us in for our retail space services, storage, small spaces, space for advertising media (including sign board);
• through any other form you communicate and interact with us (e.g., sales representative, customer service calls); and
• any other channels that may provide us with Personal Data.

Erawan HOP INN Co., Ltd. and Taveesapanan Co., Ltd. ("Erawan" "we," "us," or "our") recognize the importance of protecting your Personal Data. We want you to be familiar with how we collect, use, disclose, and engage in cross-border transfer of Personal Data from the employees, personnel, authorized persons, directors, shareholders and other contact persons (collectively, “you”, “your”, or “yours”) of our business partners (e.g., suppliers, vendors, service providers and outsourcers) (individually, “Business Partner” and collectively, “Business Partners”).

This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) applies to the Personal Data that we (and/or other authorized persons or entities, acting on our behalf) collect from both online and offline communication channels, whether face-to-face, our premises, events, by phone, call center, or online via emails or social media platforms (e.g. webpage, Facebook, Line), and other channels, such as in relation to any business (“Channels").

Hop Inn Hotels (Erawan Hop Inn Company Limited and affiliates) ("Erawan" "we," "us," or "our") uses closed-circuit television (CCTV) devices for monitoring our designated areas within and around our buildings and facilities to protect life, health, and property. We collect personal data of all directors, employees, contractors, workers, visitors, or any individuals entering the monitored space within our buildings and facilities (collectively referred to as "you" or "your") through the use of CCTV devices.  This privacy notice provides information on our collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of individually identifiable information ("Personal Data") about you. We may amend this notice at any time and will notify you of the amendments, where possible.
